Gonarelin is a synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone, which belongs to peptide compounds and is decapeptide. Gonarelin stimulates the pituitary synthesis and release of gonadotropins (FSH and LH), which in turn stimulates the gonadal release of sex hormones. The blood concentration of gonarelin reached the peak within 3 minutes after intravenous injection, and was rapidly metabolized by the kidney and excreted. It has a rapid and strong effect on the increase of LH in plasma, but a slow and weak effect on the increase of FSH. Hypothalamic secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormone is regulated by a variety of factors, including circulating sex hormones. Single dose can increase the circulation of sex hormones; Continuous use results in down-regulation of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors in the adenohypophysis, thereby reducing the secretion of sex hormones.
Function:
1. It is used to diagnose hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad dysfunction.
2. It is used for ovulation stimulation to treat primary ovarian insufficiency, infertility caused by hypothalamic amenorrhea, and primary ovarian insufficiency, and it is very effective for patients with ineffective clomiphene.

Adverse reactions:
