Product Introduction:
Synthetic growth hormone releasing peptides have strong growth hormone releasing effects and many other biological activities. Recent studies have found that peptide GHS have significant cardiovascular effects. In this study, hexarelin, one of the synthetic growth hormone releasing peptides, was selected to study the effects of Hexarelin on cardiomyocyte apoptosis, cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and atherosclerosis in the process of heart failure from the holistic, cellular and molecular levels through in vitro and in vivo experiments. Firstly, in the first and second part of the experiment, we studied the effect of Hexarelin on the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes induced by Ang ⅱ in primary culture of neonatal rats and the effect of four kinds of GHRP on the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in heart failure rats in vitro and in vivo.

Function：The results showed that Hexarelin significantly inhibited the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes induced by Ang ⅱ, and the four GHRP significantly improved the cardiac function and inhibited the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes in stress-burdened heart failure rats. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the activity of caspase-3 enzyme, inhibiting the expression of Bax mRNA, increasing the expression of Bcl-2 mRNA and inhibiting the expression of p38MAPK protein. In view of the obvious therapeutic effect of GHRP on heart failure rats, and cardiac hypertrophy is one of the important pathogenesis of heart failure, the effect of Hexarelin on Ang ⅱ induced cardiac hypertrophy and the effect of Hexarelin on SHR cardiac hypertrophy were observed in the third part. The results suggest that Hexarelin has significant anti-ANG ⅱ induced myocardial hypertrophy and inhibition of SHR myocardial hypertrophy. The mechanism is related to the inhibition of AT1 receptor mRNA expression, the up-regulation of AT2 receptor mRNA expression and the inhibition of ERK1/2 activity.
